All items ship from Pankey & Associates, Inc Sacramento, Ca. We will ship via our choice of carriers including but not limited to; FedEx, UPS, USPS or an LTL Trucking service depending on the size of the item and your ship-to location.
Overnight Shipments: If you need your items faster than regular ground delivery, we offer Next Day and 2-day delivery service (email us for next day / 2-day delivery cost). This charge will be determined by the weight of your shipment and your delivery destination.
Damage/Shortage Claims: All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported within 15 days of receipt of shipment. When reporting damage, be sure to retain all of the containers and packing materials for possible inspection by the carrier. Claims for damage or shortage must be filed within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
Returns: No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization by Pankey & Associates, Inc, and must be requested within 30 days of receipt. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be issued. Custom orders cannot be returned.
